<description>I am pleased to see there is a website to discuss the housing bubble in Bellevue (bellevuebubble.com). As far as condos go, does anyone have any information as to whether any of the downtown condos going up are facing the same problem that Moda Condomimiums in Belltown faced, when many of the initial buyers refused to close once the building reached completion?

It looks like Moda is now going to be converted into rental units. I wonder if a similar fate might happen to any of the new constructions in Bellevue?
