The price is very competitive with the 20% reduction from original 2007 prices and the building is absolutely fabulous. Being an early mover, we had the pick of the place when it came to selecting a unit we like, including great parking spaces and storage. Looking forward to living in downtown Bellevue for a long time to come. Just closed at Bellevue Towers.

They bought in at 2007 era inflated prices which don't compute in 2009. My guess is this building will be high end apartments by 2010. Forget the situation in Miami and New York - this has already happened in Seattle and we have only begun to see the local downturn in condo projects. Many have seen the exterior grow, and become a beautiful presence in the Downtown core! What people may not know is how elegant the inside is. The common areas are those of a 5 star hotel.
