Home Prices Continue to Decline (Seattle Times)
Seattle-area home prices fell 1.3 percent from September to October, for a 4.1 percent decline in the past year. The October decline was more than twice the previous month's drop of 0.6 percent. Prices in the metro area, which includes King, Snohomish and Pierce counties, hit bottom in February, then rose through July before heading down again.
