New listings for the month of November have shown an average decrease of almost 11% from this time last year, with the largest decrease in listings East of Lake Sammamish. The South Eastside and Juanita/Woodinville markets stand alone in the Eastside Market as areas with increased listings for the month over last years numbers.

America’s Top Public High Schools

Bellevue schools are well represented in the following list of the 23 top ranked Washington public schools, according to Newsweek. The schools are ranked according to a ratio devised by Jay Mathews: the number of Advanced Placement, Intl. Baccalaureate and/or Cambridge tests taken by all students at a school in 2007 divided by the number of graduating seniors.
