A settlement between the Bellevue School District and the Bellevue Education Association has been reached. BEA members will vote on Sunday evening and the parties have agreed not to comment on the terms or disclose settlement information until after BEA members have an opportunity to ratify the tentative agreement.

I know they’ve lost at least one student – and that more competition for better education is coming …
Well, the real victims (ie, losers) in all of this are the 15,999 students whose learning and education got thrown out the window by the people who are supposed to profess them.
That’s a pretty shortsighted view of the situation.
