This 20-story leasable luxury high rise is scheduled to open fall 2008 and will offer 129 luxury apartment residences and average 1,238 square feet in size.  Residents will enjoy an interior fit and finish comparable to a luxury home plus amenities designed to reinforce a five-star lifestyle with our premier fitness club, internet executive lounge, 24-hour coffee and hot tea bar, and demonstration kitchen.  Resident services will also include a host of signature offerings such as in-room dining, wine tastings, cooking classes, and an on-site Personal Trainer leading an array of indoor and outdoor regimens.

Agents and Brokers will benefit from the following: Commission:  50% of one month’s rent for 6-11 month leases and 100% of one month’s rent for 12 month leases.  Realtors and Brokers could earn up to $5,000.00 per referral.
