This week saw relatively little price change from last week. However, prices continue to demonstrate a nice up trend over the last several weeks.
The median single family home price in Bellevue this week is $869,700. The 786 homes have been on the market for an average of 123 days.
I-405 Bellevue Closure This Weekend
Drivers get ready for extended commutes this weekend as crews begin demolishing the Wilburton Tunnel. All I-405 Southbound lanes will be closed this weekend, and the following two weekends. All drivers will need to take Bellevue exits before reaching the tunnel.
