Examining the trend of condominiums sales for the last 12 months should make us nervous. High-rise developments downtown account for the increasing inventory numbers. The number of condos FOR SALE has increased nearly every of the last 12 months. This alone is not cause for concern, until you look at the graph below and follow the trend of SOLD/PENDED condos.

PSE is starting a major natural gas pipeline project in Downtown Bellevue on Monday, August 4th. There will be some roads closures and, we can definitely expect some traffic delays.
